My name is Raymond and I'm a passionate nutrition coach and personal trainer.
Fitness and wellness has been a passion of mine for years now. A passion that has given me purpose, helping and encouraging friends, family, and even strangers either with advice, training or with leading by example.
After having fun chasing the "gains" and bragging rights among my peers, I eventually realised my passion was an avenue to real long-term health benefits. These health benefits are both physical and mental and increase chances of aging well.
Learning and teaching others ways to obtain long-term fitness and health benefits are the main reasons for me becoming not only a personal trainer but also a coach.
Having once weighed around 120 kg myself, I am familiar with the discomforts and know exactly how I can help. I specialise in muscle building, fat loss, cardio, muscle conditioning and functional fitness.
